- Location Filter: Quickly refine your activity list or scope down graphs to see appointments by location, really handy to differentiate between on-site meetings and virtual ones, for example.
- Subject Filter: Search across emails, calls, appointments, tasks, and notes by Subject. Find the right conversation or follow-up instantly.
- Ticket Filter: Need to track progress on customer issues? You can now filter activities based on related Tickets, making it easier to stay aligned and informed across sales and support touchpoints.
