George Brontén, a life-long entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the software space and a passion for sales and marketing, experienced significant difficulties when growing his sales team at a previous company.
He admits making "all the mistakes in the book," including making faulty assumptions - such as CRM systems being helpful for salespeople. After these realizations, he spent significant time learning about what's needed to truly help sales teams achieve excellence in a complex b2b sales environment.
With a strong passion and the vision to elevate the sales profession, George and the team set out to design Membrain as the world's first Sales Enablement CRM that places HOW to sell front and center and launched it to the world in May 2012.
Since then, George and his team have worked with thought leaders and studied research to identify the success factors behind successful sales organizations and build technology to help companies to consistently reach their targets.
