Membrain Access Restored - June 12

RESOLVED: Membrain is back online

The service disruption affecting access to Membrain has now been resolved, and the platform is operating normally again.

Our team is currently conducting a full investigation to understand exactly what caused the outage, with initial indications suggesting a power distribution issue. We are gathering information, reviewing the sequence of events, and documenting both the immediate actions taken and all preventive measures required.

We know that reliability is critical to your business, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disruption this incident may have caused.

We will share a comprehensive incident report as soon as our investigation is complete.

Membrain Access Disruption - June 12th

We are really sorry to inform you that you currently may be experiencing problems accessing your Membrain account. Unfortunately, a large segment of our customers are currently affected by an access disruption, making Membrain unavailable.  

Our technical team is, right this moment, working hard to identify and fix the issue as fast as humanly possible.

We're truly sorry for this inconvenience and any inconvenience this may cause. As we learn more, we will keep you updated below.
