More flexibility for Dashboards & Graphs

Update on August 19, 2025

In this release, we’re delivering a set of enhancements designed to give sales leaders, analysts, and managers more control, more clarity, and more flexibility when working with dashboards and performance graphs.

From deeper customization to smarter layouts, here’s what’s new:

Set Custom Baselines for Better Clarity

You can now set custom baseline and maximum values for line, column, and bar graphs. Whether you want to start your Y-axis above zero to focus on meaningful trends or lock percentage scales between 0% and 100% for consistency, you’re in control. This carries through to your PDF exports as well, keeping reporting clear and consistent.

New Levels of Flexibility in Performance Graphs

Performance Graphs now support both "Segment By" and "Show By" options. This means you can view your data by date, by user, or flip between them to match your analysis needs. Column, donut, and number graphs benefit from the new flexibility, while table graphs now support axis flipping for an even clearer view.

More Options in your Dashboard Grid

We’ve upgraded the dashboard grid from 6 to 12 columns for far greater layout precision. Now you can fine-tune component sizes to better fit your story.

Whether you’re building compact data tiles or full-width visualizations, Membrain dashboards are ready for it. On top of that, the Y-axis resolution has doubled, giving you finer vertical sizing control for that perfect dashboard composition.

New Prospect & Project Insights in Activity Graphs

Activity Graphs now let you show by, segment by, and list by new contextual fields like "Stage", "Next Step and more. This update is also available in the activity list view, giving yet another dimension to your analysis of the activities of your team. This addition bring pipeline context directly into your activity analytics, helping you track where actions are happening in the sales process and identify where coaching or intervention might be needed.

Product-Level Insights in Revenue Graphs

Product Revenue graphs now include a dedicated "Product" field for better clarity and more precise analysis. You can group and filter by root product in both graph and list views, making it easier to see which products are driving results and adjust your strategy accordingly.

These updates put more analytical power in your hands—whether you’re fine-tuning a single chart, building a management dashboard, or diving deep into product-level performance.
