Duplicate data has long been the silent killer of sales productivity. Sneaking in, it messes up internal communication and and bloats CRM databases with clutter. To help with this we’re rolling out a new Company Data Clean-Up Tool designed to help your team work with better data.
How does it work?
1. Merge or Exclude with Precision
From the Companies list, simply click the "..." found at the top right part of the screen. There you have a new option of "Find Potential Duplicates". You’ll now see side-by-side comparisons, along with one-click options to Merge or Exclude entries.
2. Smarter Matching with Fuzzy Search
We’ve built in a normalization engine that ignores company suffixes like AB, Oy, LLC, Ltd, Inc. and special characters. You can also look at things like the website address and if you're using it in your organization, the "external identifier" field.

3. Intuitive Tab Organization
View duplicates by matching rule or filter out those excluded from review with new tabbed navigation. You’re in control of your clean-up workflow.

You can mark false positives as “non-duplicates,” keeping the list clean and easily workable.
