We’re making Zapier even more powerful with new updates that give you greater control over your sales data and automation workflows. These enhancements ensure smoother data synchronization, better tracking of prospects, and new triggers to streamline your processes.

What’s New?

1. Create New Prospects Even if One Already Exists

You can now create a new Prospect in Zapier, even if one already exists for a specific Company in a specific Process.

  • We’ve added the “Create Only If” options found in Process Events to Zapier.
  • This gives you more flexibility to track multiple prospects without missing sales opportunities.

2. Add and Update the Country Field for Companies

Keeping company data consistent across platforms is now easier with support for the Country field in Zapier.

  • You can now add or update a Company’s Country field through Zapier.
  • The Country name must match Membrain’s predefined list to work properly.
  • Zapier provides tools to adjust data formatting if needed.

3. New Triggers for Company and Contact Creation

We’re introducing new triggers in Zapier that automatically fire when a new Company or Contact is created in Membrain.

  • Use these triggers to automate follow-ups, update external systems, or start workflows when new records are added.
  • This saves time and ensures that key actions happen instantly without manual input.

We’ve added visibility for recurring coaching activities directly in the Coaching Insights tab. This ensures that scheduled coaching sessions are easily accessible, helping sales leaders maintain accountability and alignment within their teams.

ConnectWise Integration (Preview) - Seamless Data Sync

We’re introducing a ConnectWise Integration to enable two-way syncing of Companies and Contacts between Membrain and ConnectWise. This feature is currently in preview, and interested customers can reach out to try it out!

What’s new?

  • Bi-directional sync for Companies and Contacts, similar to our HubSpot integration.
  • Filters in Membrain to control which data gets synced.
  • Field mapping setup with default mappings for core fields like name and email.
  • Initial setup includes authentication and field-matching for ConnectWise’s API.

Note: This integration does not include marketing-specific features like “Create Prospect.”

  • The Setup Guide is now integrated into Membrain, making it easier to navigate and complete essential setup steps.
  • Steps are clickable, initiating dialogs or guiding users to the right locations.
  • Each step is automatically marked as completed upon action, but you can manually complete or uncomplete steps at any time.
  • The Setup Guide notification is visible for all Admin Users and remains accessible in the Guide panel.
  • You can close or fully end the Setup Guide when you are done.

Process Conditions - Trigger Specific Actions based on Scorecard Questions or Scorecard Groups

We’ve made Score Card Questions and Groups available as conditions in Process Events and Rules, enabling more tailored and automated workflows.

Elevate: Recurring & Group Sessions - More Flexibility in Your Schedule

We’ve enhanced Elevate with powerful new options for Recurring Coaching Sessions (1-on-1) and Group Sessions, giving you more control over how you manage your coaching activities.

What’s new?

Now, when creating a Coaching Activity, you can easily set it to recur by selecting one of several predefined patterns or building a custom schedule. These can be weekly, bi-weekly, or entirely tailored to your needs, like recurring meetings every Tuesday and Friday until a specific date.

Additionally, you can now create Group Sessions directly from the Calendar or Overview. This makes it simpler than ever to plan sessions for multiple people with just a few clicks.

What’s new?

You can now opt-in for direct email notifications for:

  • Membrain Meet Requests
  • Assigned Tasks
  • Comments & Mentions

These settings are found under "My Settings," and toggling them will send you immediate email alerts in addition to regular notifications within Membrain.

  • Timely Alerts: Get instant email notifications for the events you care about.
  • Customization: Choose exactly which notifications you’d like to receive by email.
