Upcoming Fortnox Integration for ERP Efficiency

The Fortnox integration is now available as a preview, providing an early look at how it connects Membrain with your accounting system into Membrain, making it easier to connect sales and accounting operations.

This follows the same approach as our ConnectWise and Microsoft Business Central integrations.

Customizable Win, Archive, and Disqualify Reasons in Process Settings

We’ve introduced a new way to manage Win, Archive, and Disqualify Reasons in Process Settings. This update gives you greater control over how your team categorizes sales outcomes.

What’s New?

  • Customize Outcome Reasons – Define specific reasons for each Sales or Prospecting Process.
  • Updated Outcome Tab – A cleaner layout for better usability.
  • More Accurate Reporting – Keep only relevant reasons in your data.

How It Works

1. Go to Process Settings for a Sales or Prospecting Process.
2. Under the Outcome tab, select:
  • Allowed Win Reasons and Allowed Archive Reasons for Sales Projects.
  • Allowed Disqualify Reasons for Prospects.

3. By default, all reasons are available. Selecting specific reasons ensures better data tracking.

This update helps sales teams maintain structured and relevant sales data, improving decision-making and reporting.

These updates ensure that processes are executed seamlessly, keeping prospecting, sales, and account growth initiatives aligned and effective.

What’s New?

Set Process, Stage, and Step from Process Events

You can now assign a process, stage, and step to a project directly from an event, making it easier to ensure that the right workflow is followed at the right time.

  • Select the process, stage, and step while setting up or editing an event.
  • The default process is automatically selected for efficiency.
  • Available for most events, ensuring that transitions between process stages are structured and clear.

This makes executing processes more streamlined and automated, ensuring sales teams follow best practices without extra manual work.

Add Internal Stakeholders from Process Events

Managing stakeholders within a process is now more flexible. You can now add internal stakeholders directly from Process Events, just like in Automations.

  • Assign internal stakeholders to key process events to enhance collaboration.
  • Helps keep all relevant team members informed and engaged in the right stages of a project.

Set Status from Process Events

You can now update a project’s status directly from Process Events, just like in Automations.

  • Ensures that projects are properly categorized, including disqualifications or moving them out of circulation when necessary.

We’re making Zapier even more powerful with new updates that give you greater control over your sales data and automation workflows. These enhancements ensure smoother data synchronization, better tracking of prospects, and new triggers to streamline your processes.

What’s New?

1. Create New Prospects Even if One Already Exists

You can now create a new Prospect in Zapier, even if one already exists for a specific Company in a specific Process.

  • We’ve added the “Create Only If” options found in Process Events to Zapier.
  • This gives you more flexibility to track multiple prospects without missing sales opportunities.

2. Add and Update the Country Field for Companies

Keeping company data consistent across platforms is now easier with support for the Country field in Zapier.

  • You can now add or update a Company’s Country field through Zapier.
  • The Country name must match Membrain’s predefined list to work properly.
  • Zapier provides tools to adjust data formatting if needed.

3. New Triggers for Company and Contact Creation

We’re introducing new triggers in Zapier that automatically fire when a new Company or Contact is created in Membrain.

  • Use these triggers to automate follow-ups, update external systems, or start workflows when new records are added.
  • This saves time and ensures that key actions happen instantly without manual input.

ConnectWise Integration (Preview) - Seamless Data Sync

We’re introducing a ConnectWise Integration to enable two-way syncing of Companies and Contacts between Membrain and ConnectWise. This feature is currently in preview, and interested customers can reach out to try it out!

What’s new?

  • Bi-directional sync for Companies and Contacts, similar to our HubSpot integration.
  • Filters in Membrain to control which data gets synced.
  • Field mapping setup with default mappings for core fields like name and email.
  • Initial setup includes authentication and field-matching for ConnectWise’s API.

Note: This integration does not include marketing-specific features like “Create Prospect.”

  • The Setup Guide notification is visible for all Admin Users and remains accessible in the Guide panel.
