The Activity & Engagement Timeline just got better, offering even greater visibility into how your prospects and customers engage with your content.

Why track engagement?

Understanding engagement is key to optimizing your sales efforts. The Timeline helps you visualize interactions over time, revealing trends and gaps so you can refine your approach. Whether it’s meetings, email activity, or content views, these insights help you focus on what drives success.

What’s new?

We’ve added new engagement metrics, including:

  • Website Views (via Beacon)
  • Meet Views & Requests (tracked automatically on the Meet page)
  • Content Hub Item Views (clicks on shared content)
  • Email Reads & Link Clicks (tracked emails)
  • Membrain Forms Submissions

These activities appear in grouped summaries on the Timeline, with the ability to drill down for more details on Form Submissions.

Pinned Views allows you to pin specific views and dashboards directly to your workspace, making it easier than ever to access the data that’s most relevant to your team. Each team can pin up to five views per module, giving you full control over your team's most important metrics.

Content Rooms: Customize & Organize with Ease

Organizing and presenting content should be a seamless experience, and with the latest update to Content Rooms, you now have even more flexibility to structure your content exactly how you want.

Multiple Sections -

You can now add and organize as many sections as you need, giving you full control over how content is presented. Sections can be named for better clarity, and you can choose between different display modes, including Hero, Gallery, or List.

Drag and Drop Management -

Rearranging content is easier than ever. Simply drag and drop items within or between sections. You can preview up to three items per section, with an option to view more content with a simple click.

Enhanced Editing Tools -

The new "Sort Sections" tool lets you quickly reorder your sections, while the "Delete" feature allows you to remove any section (except the last one) with a click.

These improvements make organizing and sharing content a breeze, offering you the flexibility to present it the way you see fit.

Dashboards – Archive Option for Dashboards

We’ve added an archive option for dashboards. If you don’t need a dashboard for a while, you can now archive it instead of deleting it. When you need it again, you can easily unarchive it and restore it to your active dashboard list.

This update means you’ll have access to a selection of professional-looking thumbnails to choose from, so you can improve the visual presentation of your content without the hassle of designing your own images. You can choose from various options, including color combinations, abstract patterns, or example images. Of course, you can still upload your own thumbnails!
