We’ve made Score Card Questions and Groups available as conditions in Process Events and Rules, enabling more tailored and automated workflows.

You can now select Score Card groups or individual questions to trigger specific process actions. For example, you can create rules that act on overall scores or individual answers in a Score Card, ensuring your processes adapt to customer fit, deal risks, or other key factors.

Elevate: Recurring & Group Sessions - More Flexibility in Your Schedule

We’ve enhanced Elevate with powerful new options for Recurring Coaching Sessions (1-on-1) and Group Sessions, giving you more control over how you manage your coaching activities.

What’s new?

Now, when creating a Coaching Activity, you can easily set it to recur by selecting one of several predefined patterns or building a custom schedule. These can be weekly, bi-weekly, or entirely tailored to your needs, like recurring meetings every Tuesday and Friday until a specific date.

Additionally, you can now create Group Sessions directly from the Calendar or Overview. This makes it simpler than ever to plan sessions for multiple people with just a few clicks.

These updates make it seamless to plan ongoing coaching activities, helping you save time and stay consistent with your engagement.

You can now add and organize as many sections as you need, giving you full control over how content is presented. Sections can be named for better clarity, and you can choose between different display modes, including Hero, Gallery, or List.

Rearranging content is easier than ever. Simply drag and drop items within or between sections. You can preview up to three items per section, with an option to view more content with a simple click.
