Process Conditions - Trigger Specific Actions based on Scorecard Questions or Scorecard Groups

We’ve made Score Card Questions and Groups available as conditions in Process Events and Rules, enabling more tailored and automated workflows.

What’s new?

You can now select Score Card groups or individual questions to trigger specific process actions. For example, you can create rules that act on overall scores or individual answers in a Score Card, ensuring your processes adapt to customer fit, deal risks, or other key factors.

How does it help you?

This new flexibility makes it easier to build smarter workflows that respond dynamically to key indicators in your Score Cards.

💡 This can be useful for scenarios such as:

  • Ideal Customer Fit: Trigger additional steps if a Score Card indicates the customer isn’t an ideal fit.
  • Deal Risk Management: Activate playbooks when specific answers in a "deal risk" Score Card highlight areas of concern.
  • Tailored Sales Processes: Automate follow-ups based on scores to ensure no detail is missed.
