So, how do I get started? I hear you ask. Well, depending on what pricing model you are currently on, you may or may not have these new capabilities already available to you. If you're not sure which one you're on, check out your Account Details page in Membrain or email our billing team for more information. Briefly: 

  • For those of you who are already on the New Pricing Structure and have the Prospecting Module, these features are available to you right now. Let our Customer Success team know if you'd like some help getting started, or check out our Help Center for step-by-step guides and you'll be up and running in no time.

  • If you are on the New Pricing Structure but don't have the Prospecting Module yet, you can see the upgrade cost, and even add the functionality straight from your Membrain account.  From the Membrain Account Details page, scroll down and Click to turn on Prospecting to get access to this feature straight away!

  • Or if you still on a Legacy plan (Foundation, Performance or Excellence) sit tight and we will be in touch early next week with information on how you can upgrade and get access to these features and start enjoying the benefits of Prospect Engagement Playbooks.
