In our latest release, the AI Assistant adds two prebuilt recommendations to its workflow, so this help shows up on its own, right when it's useful, without having to go look for it.
Before the meeting: get up to speed faster
Preparing for a meeting usually means digging back through notes, emails, and old calls to remember where things stand.
When you have a meeting coming up in the next week, the AI Assistant now surfaces a Prepare For Meeting recommendation on its own. Click it, and it pulls together relevant context and talking points, right in your AI session, no need to set anything up or ask for it first.
After the meeting: turn notes into next steps
Follow-up is easy to put off, and easy to lose track of once a few days pass.
Now, whenever you log a call, meeting, or note with enough detail, the AI Assistant offers a Create Tasks recommendation based on it. Review the suggestions, adjust the deadline or owner if needed, and create the ones you want, attached directly to that activity.
A quick example
Take an existing customer you're working with to expand into new territories. After a meeting with them, the AI Assistant scans the meeting notes and suggests a set of tasks: sending over the proposal you discussed, researching growth opportunities in new regions, and following up on KPIs and goals with your contact. You check the two that matter most, leave the third for later, and create them in a couple of clicks.
The following week, ahead of your next call with that same client, the AI Assistant already has a Prepare For Meeting recommendation waiting, before you've even opened the project.
