Easier Team Collaboration In Projects

We've introduced Comments in Projects: a new way to bring conversations directly to the Project level, making discussions easier to access and collaboration more seamless across the entire team. 

The result is faster collaboration, clearer context, and better teamwork throughout the lifecycle of every Project.

A Dedicated Space for Project Collaboration

Projects now include a brand new Comments option directly in the top toolbar, giving teams a simple and consistent way to access discussions related to the project.

Instead of needing to locate a specific activity, task, or object to leave a comment on, you can now start conversations directly from the Project itself. This creates a more natural way for teams to collaborate around ongoing work, decisions, blockers, updates, and alignment.

Quickly See and Join Active Discussions

Clicking the new Comments button opens a dedicated dialog showing all active comment threads connected to the Project. To help teams focus on relevant conversations, any thread with activity in the last 30 days is surfaced automatically. Each thread includes clear contextual information so you can quickly understand what’s being discussed before opening it. From there, you can:

• Open existing threads to read or reply, using @ to mention and notify a colleague
• Continue conversations without leaving the dialog you're in
• Quickly identify active discussions across the Project and join the conversation
• Start entirely new Project-level conversations
