As the Membrain platform continues to evolve, so should the way you interact with your data. So today, we're rolling out a new, more intuitive way to navigate Membrain, making it easier than ever to find what you need and stay focused on what matters. 

Introducing Tabs - Key Views at your fingertips

Views have been an integral part of Membrain for years, but they've always felt a little out of reach. With the introduction of Tabs you can now seamlessly switch between the Views that are most important to you, with a single click. By making Favorited, Pinned, and Default views easily accessible, we're helping you spend less time searching for key information, and more time acting on what matters.

What exactly is a View?
A View is a saved configuration (often in a List) that defines how your data is displayed, allowing you to focus on specific information for the task at hand. It brings together filters, sorting, grouping, and visible fields into a single, tailored perspective. With multiple Views, you can quickly switch contexts without losing time on configuration.

The new Tab functionality shows a selection of the following Views:

• Favourited - Views you have marked as your personal favourite
• Pinned - Views pinned by your Admin to show information important to your organisation
• Default - Views created by Membrain to highlight useful key concepts

And with the Navigator now just a click away, you can seamlessly manage all your Views, and easily access your recently visited Projects, in a heartbeat.

View Settings - Redesigned for Speed and Clarity

We’ve also taken a closer look at how you configure your Views, and simplified it.

View Settings and Filters are now combined into a single, inline component, positioned conveniently on the right side of each View. This keeps everything you need within reach, in one place:

• Quick access to Sort, Group, and View Mode
• A clear and logical way to apply filters
• The ability to collapse sections while keeping key controls accessible

Even when minimized, key controls remain accessible, allowing you to adjust your View without losing context.
