More Flexible Phone Numbers - Now on Membrain Go

We’re excited to share the recent phone number updates we rolled out to the desktop version of Membrain are now fully supported in Membrain Go - our mobile app for sales teams on the move.

This means you get the same streamlined experience managing multiple phone numbers and phone tags whether you’re at your desk or out in the field. 

What’s Included in Membrain Go

With this update, Membrain Go brings parity with the desktop experience for phone number handling:

• Multiple numbers per contact:
  You can now reach all relevant numbers on a Contact right from your phone, just as you would on desktop.
• Phone Tags for clarity:
  Each phone number can be tagged, like “Direct", “Do not use”, or whatever makes sense to your organisation, helping you immediately understand which number to use and why, all within the app.
• Easily Switch numbers:
  We've also improved how you can switch between saved numbers from your mobile, making it even easier to keep in contact while away from the office or your desktop setup.
