We’ve made some meaningful improvements to how you build and manage AI prompts inside The Insight Engine.
The prompt creation experience is now cleaner and more structured, making it easier to control how your inputs are processed.
Drag and Drop Capability
With a new drag and drop capability, you can organise the various context you add in a deliberate order, which directly impacts the quality and relevance of the output. This gives you far more control over how insights are generated.
With Contexts, you decide exactly what information goes into your AI prompt.
Easily select things like:
- Your specific instructions
- Process Information like Process Progress, Data Fields, Stakeholder information and Recent Activity
- Additional context from The Messaging Center and The Content Hub
- And a broader Websearch if required
Sub Prompts
This release also introduces Sub Prompts. A concept that allows you layer your prompts and introduce additional prompts making it easier to standardise logic, experiment with variations, and build more sophisticated AI-driven workflows without starting from scratch each time.
