Forms just got a whole lot more powerful. You can now embed Score cards directly into Membrain Forms, giving you structured, number-based output without sacrificing ease of use or clarity for the person filling out the form.
Simply adding a Score card as one of the fields to the form will add dropdowns for all the Score card questions. Boom! It's that quick and easy.
Score card questions will now display as individual single-select options inside your forms. These questions are grouped by category, with each category appearing as a header to keep your form clean and well-organized.
Each response still generates a numerical score in the background. That means you get the simplicity of single-select questions with the analytical power of a number field, but without the limitations of unstructured numerical inputs.
So how does this help?
Before, single-selects were great for structure but couldn't produce numerical metrics. Number fields gave you metrics but lacked boundaries, making consistency hard to enforce and wreaking havoc on your reports and handovers.
With this update, revenue teams can:
- Consistently score and assess prospects during form-based engagements
- Create structured evaluation forms for meetings, demos, capture quantitative feedback or NPS collection
- Use the resulting data to drive coaching, improve forecasting, and optimize execution. All the good stuff!
It’s a cleaner, smarter way to gather insights that actually inform decisions.
This is just one more way Membrain is making it easy to execute your process, coach to win, and build a high-performing sales team powered by data that makes sense.
