Insight Engine Is Now Built Into Membrain - For Everyone

This weekend, Insight Engine takes its place at the heart of Membrain, built in for everyone.

This Basic package brings a core set of Insight Engine's capabilities as standard to every Membrain customer, so working smarter becomes part of everyone's daily routine. 

If you're already on a paid Insight Engine package, you're already set up with the full experience. You keep your chosen credit allowance and every premium capability, exactly as before. And as you'll see below, this weekend's release brings you plenty that's genuinely new too. 

Built in, for everyone

Until now, Insight Engine has been something teams needed to sign up to. From this weekend, a starting layer of it is simply part of Membrain.

Every Customer gets 500 credits a month to put toward core capabilities across Proactive Insights, Data Enrichment and Membrain AI. That's enough to:

• Ask your AI Assistant a question in a View you're in and get instant guidance
  (e.g "How healthy is my pipeline?", "What should I do next in this deal?")
• Generate an AI Summary of a project before a call
• Use AI Compose to get a first draft of an email or note started in seconds
• Find contacts and companies to grow your pipeline
• Give your favorite AI tool (like Claude or ChatGPT) secure access to Membrain via our MCP Connector

New this weekend

Alongside tis rollout, we're also shipping a fresh set of upgrades that make the AI Assistant and your daily workflows noticeably sharper:

• Meeting prep, done for you.
  Got a meeting in the next 7 days? The AI Assistant now proactively offers to prepare you for it, surfacing context and talking points right in your AI session.
• Turn conversations into tasks automatically.
  After a call, note, or meeting, the AI Assistant can now suggest follow-up tasks straight from what was discussed, ready for you to create and assign with one click.
• Find, then follow through.
  Found new Contacts or Companies? A quick link now takes you straight to a list of everything you've just added, so nothing gets lost after the search.
• A simpler, more secure way to connect Claude.
  If you're using our MCP Connector, you can now authenticate individually via OAuth, no API key required, just point Claude at your Membrain URL and approve access.

This Basic level gives you access to a core set of Insight Engine capabilities. It’s not a demo or a time-based trial, but a starting point for exploring what’s possible. 

A selection of enhanced capabilites stay reserved for paid packages, like Contact Phone Enrichment, Batch Enrich/Summarize, Auto Summarize, Auto Fill in Automations, Custom Metrics, and AI-powered Automation steps, plus more.
