Tracking customer activity is one thing. Understanding it in context is another. With this release, Membrain makes it easier than ever to see, segment, and act on how engaged your prospects and customers really are.
A Clearer View of Interaction Quality
The new Activity Level and Engagement Level scores simplify complex interaction data into easy-to-read visual indicators. Whether you’re looking at a prospect, a sales project, or an account growth plan, you’ll now see:
- Activity Score – The intensity and volume of your recent activities with that contact, company or account.
- Engagement Score – The resulting engagement. Is the prospect or customer opening that email? Are they replying? Are they visiting your website, viewing that content you sent them? Are they joining conversations and meetings?
There is also a combined view where you can see both dimensions side-by-side, helping you instantly spot where activity is high but engagement is lagging. Or vice versa.
This intelligent score also factors in time, so if exciting customer engagement has started to go quiet lately, the score will drop to reflect that. This update gives you the tools to consistently stay on top of your most important sales efforts.
Graph & Dashboard Support
To bring these scores to life throughout Membrain, we’ve added "Activity Level" and "Engagement Level" as "Segment By" and "Group By" options for bar, column, donut, and list graphs across dashboards and process views.
Now, you can visualize how activity and engagement vary across your pipeline, which segments are thriving and which need attention and much more.
In Prospects, Sales Projects, and Account Growth views and contexts, you can filter by Activity Level or Engagement Level. Options range from None, Very Low and all the way to Very High, giving sales reps a fast way to zero in on hot opportunities, or re-engage those at risk of going cold.

These updates aren’t just about scores and charts. They also make the timeline of interactions clearer and more useful, so you can track patterns, compare performance, and take action with confidence.
Activity and engagement are the heartbeat of your sales process. With these new scores, graphs, and filters, you can measure that heartbeat and diagnose its health, ensuring you can make the right moves to keep deals alive and moving forward.
