Membrain's professional services include three stages: Planning, Implementation, and Review.

Planning

One 1-hour planning session with an expert from our Customer Solutions Team to review your current forms and discuss the need for additional forms

Implementation

An expert from our Customer Solutions Team will:

Create the desired forms in Membrain
This includes creating custom fields if needed

Create actions and redirects after submissions, if needed

Apply custom CSS Rules if supplied

Provide website coding for your website or an embeddable link

Create corresponding dashboards to view the submissions

Review Meeting

One 1-hour session with an expert from our Customer Solutions Team to review the forms before publishing

Includes a walk-through of the corresponding dashboards

Parameters

Up to 5 form creations are included

Form outlines / ideas must be sent to the forms expert 72 hours prior to the planning meeting. This allows ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if the data isn’t received in advance.
