Data Import: Basic  

Regardless of what platform you're coming from, our Basic Data Service will save you time and effort. You can be confident that your data will be imported safely and securely to Membrain, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

What we’ll cover

Membrain's professional services include three stages:  Planning, Implementation, and Review.

01_glow Data from a single source

Example: CRM, ERP, Excel Files, etc

 02_glow Data Imports

Companies/Accounts
Contacts
Prospects/Leads OR Opportunities imported into a single process
Basic custom fields including text, number, currency, date, links etc

 03_glow Support

One 1-hour planning session with Membrain's Data Specialist
Follow-up with Membrain Customer Success Advocate after import

 04_Glow Parameters

Maximum of 3 spreadsheets

(eg. 1 for Companies, 1 for Contacts, 1 for Prospects or Opportunities)

All relevant data must be comprehensively included in all files
Size: Less than 10,000 cells per spreadsheet

(Example: 5 columns and 2000 rows)

Data merging, filtering/cleaning is not included.

The customer is responsible for preparing the data using Membrain templates and adhering to recommendations given by Membrain's Data Specialist
