As our team continues to grow, Membrain is looking for a Head of Revenue Nordics, based in Stockholm, Sweden. As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the Scandinavian and European markets.
You will lead and develop our Stockholm-based Sales and Customer Success teams, ensuring strong alignment between new business acquisition, customer retention, and long-term value creation.
You are fully accountable for regional revenue performance - from pipeline generation and new business wins to expansion and retention. Your mission is to build a predictable, scalable, and high-performing revenue engine in Scandinavia.
In this role, you combine strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will work closely with global leadership, Marketing, Product, and Partners to ensure our go-to-market approach reflects local market dynamics and is aligned with Membrain’s long-term vision.
Own and execute the Scandinavian & European revenue strategy aligned with company goals
Lead, coach, and develop the Stockholm-based Sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets
Lead and support the Stockholm-based Customer Success team to drive retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
Ensure strong alignment between Sales and Customer Success to create a seamless customer journey
Develop pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with Marketing and partners
Drive performance management, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams
Strengthen key customer and partner relationships in the region
Continuously refine our go-to-market strategy based on market insights and performance data
Predictable and growing revenue in Scandinavia & Europe
High-performing and engaged Sales and Customer Success teams
Strong retention rates and net revenue expansion

Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal & written)
Already located at a commuting distance from Stockholm, Sweden
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, revenue leadership, or commercial management
Experience leading Sales teams with documented success
Experience leading or working closely with Customer Success teams
Experience selling SaaS
Experience engaging with CEOs and senior executives
A track record of building high-performance teams
An eagerness to continuously learn and improve
Gain a deep understanding of why Membrain exists and how we serve our customers
Develop a strong grasp of our product, methodology, and positioning
Meet all team members across Sales and Customer Success
Assess current pipeline, revenue performance, and forecasting processes
Start to understand the Scandinavian market landscape and partner ecosystem
