To deliver Membrain's Products, we use certain sub-processors - third party data processors engaged by Membrain, who has or may have access to, or process, Personal Data. Membrain engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as defined in the tables below.

For Customers who have executed Membrain’s Data Processing Agreement ("DPA",) Membrain will provide notice of updates to the list of sub-processors, which is updated for Customers to stay informed of the scope of sub-processing associated with the Membrain Products. Some of these sub-processors are always used in the delivery of Membrain's products whereas some are optional, and/or can be enabled/disabled by the Customer.

Service-specific sub-processors

Membrain can choose to use third parties to provide specific add-on functionality. In order to provide the relevant functionality, these sub-processors may access Service Data. Their use is limited to the indicated purpose. These sub-processors are set forth below.
