Scope of work

Membrain's professional services include three stages: Planning, Implementation, and Review.

Planning

One 1 ½ -hour planning session with a Custom Fields expert to review any current custom fields in the system, and discuss additional custom field needs. This will include determining which type of custom field and custom field type would best achieve your goals

Implementation

Your Custom Fields expert will:

Create/update Company and Contact custom fields
This includes creating groups if needed

Create/update Process Custom Fields

Create Custom Fields for Activities, if needed

Create Preview and Mandatory Fields, as needed

Review meeting

One 1-hour session with the Custom Fields expert to review the new / updated fields

Review Preview and Mandatory Fields, if added

Review Company / Contract Groups, if added

Review Process Custom Fields

Review Admin panel for managing Custom Fields

Parameters

Custom Field ideas must be sent to your expert 72 hours before the planning meeting. This allows ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if the ideas/ needs aren’t received in advance.
