What we'll cover

This training module includes two 1 1/2-hour sessions

01_glow In your first 1 ½ -hour training session

you will learn how to:
Set up enrollments for the data or fields affected
This includes setting up filters for automatic enrollments when needed
Create permission sets
Add the appropriate tools to create the necessary steps in the automation
This includes a walk-through of the various tools available
Set up and name the Automation
Apply enrollment settings
Activate Automations
Managing Automations
Includes copying and deleting automations
Activate / Deactivate Automations

02_glow In your second 1 ½ -hour training session

your Automations expert will provide:
A walk-through of Reporting and Logs
Troubleshoot any issues
Answer any additional questions
Review “Considerations before you get started” below, and use them to guide you through the preliminary automation ideas
Automation ideas must be sent to the Automations expert 72 hours before the planning meeting. This allows ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if the ideas/ needs aren’t received in advance.
