Scope of work

Membrain's professional services include three stages:  Planning, Implementation, and Review.

01_glow Planning

One 1-hour planning session with a Content Hub expert to review any current content in the system, and discuss changes to be made as well as additional content that needs added or cleaned up

 02_glow  Implementation

Your Content Hub expert will:
Add all content into the hub and categorize as Enablement or Collateral
Content can be in the form of videos, links, content cards or files
Add contexts to the content currently in the system, as well as to the newly added content
Create or update content permissions and accessibility if needed
Pin or unpin content for quick access to essential content
Create corresponding dashboards to view the submissions
Remove outdated content

 03_glow  Review Meeting

One 1-hour session with the Content Hub expert to review the changes and answer an questions
Includes a walk-through on how to find and use the content
Introduction to the Content Hub Analytics
Adding content to email templates
Adding content to emails through sales enablement

 04_Glow  Parameters

Up to 10 Collateral and up to 50 Enablement items
Collateral and enablement items must be sent to the Content Hub expert 72 hours prior to the planning meeting. This allows ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if the data isn’t received in advance.
