Scope of work

Membrain's professional services include three stages: Planning, Implementation, and Review.

Planning

One 1 ½ -hour planning session with a Dashboards expert to review, map and document the various graphs and dashboards required.

Implementation

The Dashboards expert will:

Create the agreed-upon number of Dashboards with corresponding graphs

Create custom fields, if needed

Update permission sets, if needed

Create Automated Reports using the newly created Dashboards, if needed

Review Meeting

One 1-hour session with the Dashboards expert to review the Dashboards and graphs

Adjust graph style, if needed

Provide a walk-through on managing your Dashboards

Provide a walk-through on managing automated reports

Parameters

Dashboard ideas/needs must be sent to the Dashboards expert 72 hours before the planning meeting. This allows ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if the ideas/ needs aren’t received in advance.
