Our Elevate onboarding service is designed to provide practical and best-practice guidance to get you up and running with Elevate in no time.

We focus on aligning the platform’s capabilities with your specific requirements to help you maximize team performance and transform the way you coach and grow your sales team.

What we'll cover

This onboarding service is broken up into two hands-on workshops so you can start to leverage the power of Membrain Elevate with your team as quickly as possible.

 

01_glow Core Setup and Customization

During this first workshop, we'll explore Elevate's core configuration toolset, building and customizing the core areas you need to get started.

Create User Roles and Profile settings in line with your team and company structure
Add the Skills you want to measure company-wide, and create Role based or Custom Assessments.
Configure Team and Permission settings based on your company policies and access needs
Invite your team! We'll introduce you to the concepts of Coaching Notes, Sessions, and Plans and give you our best practice recommendations to help you get started Coaching like a pro in Elevate.

 02_glow Leveraging Coaching and Analysing Insights

In our second workshop, we'll deep dive into the insights Elevate offers, helping you identify strengths and uncover areas for improvement.

Next level coaching - best practice advice on Coaching Cadence, Agenda tips, and using Tasks and the Content Hub to support your team and encourage self leadership
Learn how to take Skills Assessment results and from them create a tailored experience for those you coach.
Create new or review existing KPI's for individuals or teams, to easily visualise performance over time
Understand individual Performance views, Coaching Insights and spot trends in Elevate Analytics

Other areas of interest will be introduced and explored if needed, including Data imports, Integrations, Custom Metrics, and more.
