Scope of Work

Membrain's professional services include three stages: Planning, Implementation, and Review.

Planning

One 1 ½ -hour planning session with an expert from our Customer Solutions Team to review any current KPIs and revenue goals, and discuss current and future needs. We’ll review industry best practices and offer guidance and suggestions.

Implementation

An expert from our Customer Solutions Team will, with the agreed upon metrics:

Update or create individual KPIs and revenue goals

Update or create Company and Team goals, if applicable

Setup coach/coachee goals, if applicable

Input sales goals

Update or create Effectiveness Objectives

Update or create Activity Goals

Review Meeting

One 1-hour session with an expert from our Customer Solutions Team to review the inputs

Includes a walkthrough of where to find the goals and how to update them in the future

Parameters

At least 72 hours in advance, provide permission for the expert from our Customer Solutions Team to access your Membrain instance to review any current KPIs and goals, or, email initial KPI and sales goal requirement, allowing ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if access or data isn’t received in advance.
