With Sales Ops as a Service, Membrain will provide the resources needed to enhance and build out your Membrain instance as you continue to grow.

What we'll cover

01_glow Scope of work

Note: Standard, day-to-day support queries are not considered to be part of this scope, and are included free of charge, as per your Membrain agreement.
System and Sales admin support
Process enhancements and best practice advice
Adding, deleting, and/or changing of custom fields within Membrain
Playbook creation, maintenance, and enhancements
Rules creation, maintenance, and enhancements
Automated Events creation, maintenance, and enhancements
Template creation (copy/content must be provided)
Dashboard creation and maintenance
Dashboard creation and maintenance
Training and video guidance related to changes
Documentation of all changes as per internal Change Management Procedures
Coordination with 3rd party suppliers

 02_glow Investment

The first contract period is 3 months, with the weekly service hours not to exceed 20 hours per week. Thereafter the contract will automatically renew with subsequent periods of 1 month. The notice period for canceling the contract is 30 days prior to the end of each contract period.
