Scope of work

Membrain's professional services include three stages:  Planning, Implementation, and Review.

01_glow Planning

One 1-hour planning session with a Products expert to review any current products in the system, discuss additional product needs, as well as changes to or clean up of current products

 02_glow  Implementation

Your Products expert will:
Add or import all agreed upon products, including descriptions
Set pricing as fixed or recurring
Set currency to be used
Input discounts and costs, if applicable
Create corresponding product dashboards
Remove outdated products

 03_glow  Review Meeting

One 1-hour session with the Products expert to review the updated or new product list and answer questions
Includes training on adding products to sales projects and viewing product lists
Analyze Product information and view dashboards
Generating simple quotes

 04_Glow  Parameters

Sku’s should be limited to 300 or less
Product list must be sent to the Products expert 72 hours before the planning meeting.
(This allows ample time for review. Planning meetings may be rescheduled if the data isn’t received in advance.)
