Requirements for Partnership 

General-, training- and customer requirements per partnership tier

Becoming a Membrain Partner

Referral Partner Certified Partner Impact Partner
To become a Referral Partner, a

company must interview with the Membrain Partner Recruitment Specialist and demonstrate their business:

  • operates within or adjunct to the business-to-business sales and marketing space.
  • has verified customer testimonials and references about the efficacy of their products and services.
  • is committed to providing quality and measurable results for their clients.
  • has a strong knowledge of sales and/or marketing methodologies, processes, and technology.
  • has used a CRM or sales enablement technology and understands the impact of strong technology on sales team performance.

To become a Certified Partner, the Referral Partner must complete and maintain the general requirements of a Referral Partner, along with the elements listed in the column below.

To become an Impact Partner, the Certified Partner must complete and maintain the general requirements of Certified Partner, along with the elements listed in the column below.

 

Training Requirements

Two (2) individualized training sessions will be required to be completed for training on Membrain, and the power of a technology-integrated sales methodology are required to be held by the partner within the first 3 months of the partnership.

These include:

  • Membrain ICP Overview and Joint Positioning Statement
  • Base level Membrain Overview for Prospecting, Active Pipeline, and Account Growth.

One (1) business consultation with the Membrain Chief Revenue Officer will be required within the first 3 months of partnership to discuss
how Membrain best fits into the business model of the partner

One team member must complete the online Membrain Partner Success Certification program.

Three (3) training sessions must be held with the Membrain Partner Recruitment or Onboarding Specialist. These include the two trainings required at the Referral Level, plus an additional consultation on the Membrain VIBE methodology to understand how the Membrain team sells in the market.

A strategic sales meeting must be held with the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Revenue Officer of Membrain.

This will include a section where the partner will demonstrate knowledge of how to show basic competence in:

  • Win/Loss analysis
  • Performance View
  • Process Creation
  • Real-Time ROI Analysis

40% of team members must complete the online Membrain Partner Success Certification program.

At least one Partner team member must complete Membrain Advanced Training.

This includes:

  • Leveraging Membrain within your business
  • Advanced Strategy and Tactic

Referral and Interaction Requirements

If no referrals are given to Membrain by Partner within any consecutive six (6) month period, the referral partnership may be terminated.

Referrals must be given through the Membrain referral form accessible via the Membrain Partner Zone.

If no referrals are given to Membrain by Partner within any consecutive six (6) month period, the Partnership Tier may be moved to Referral Partnership.

If no business consultation is held between Membrain and Partner for a six (6) month period, the Partnership may be terminated.

If no referrals are given to Membrain by Partner within any consecutive six (6) month period, the Partnership Tier may be moved to Certified Partnership.

Referrals must be given through the Membrain referral form accessible via the Membrain Partner Zone.

If no business consultation is held between Membrain and Partner for a three (3) month period, the Partnership may be terminated.

Customer Requirements

Referral Partner has no requirements on them relative to customers being on board with Membrain that they have
referred.

Certified Partner has no requirements on them relative to customers being on board with Membrain that they have referred.

Impact Partners must meet one of the following customer impacts:

  • Three (3) Membrain Customers referred by the Partner have become Membrain clients.
  • $2,000 or equivalent in monthly recurring revenue brought on as Membrain Customers by referrals given by Partner.

If one of these requirements is not met, IMPACT status may be revoked, and partner moved to Certified level.

Commission

Partner shall receive a commission of ten (10) percent
of the payments, excluding taxes, received by Membrain from End Customer during the Initial Term of the respective End Customer Agreement.

The commission value of any referred Customer will always reflect the value of the Partnership Tier the partner was at when the customer signed.

Partner shall receive a commission of fifteen (15) percent of the payments, excluding taxes, received by
Membrain from End Customer during the Initial Term of the respective End Customer Agreement.

The commission value of any referred Customer will always reflect the value of the Partnership Tier the partner was at when the customer signed.

Partner shall receive a commission of thirty (30) percent of the payments, excluding taxes, received by Membrain from End Customer during the Initial Term of the respective End Customer Agreement. On subsequent terms, this commission will be fifteen (15) percent.

The commission value of any referred Customer will always reflect the value of the Partnership Tier the partner was at when the customer signed.

 

Membrain Use

Partner shall have access to Membrain Free and all services/modules this implies.

Should Partner wish to leverage
more functionality of Membrain than Membrain Free provides, they will be required to purchase Membrain and will be given pricing that reflects the current pricing for the market at a 3-year commitment rate. If they desire Membrain at this rate, Partner must commit for a minimum of 1 year of Membrain.

Partner is required to purchase a minimum of one (1) license of the full suite of Membrain at a discounted rate of $75 per month.

Should data implementation be necessary (data transferral from
another system or spreadsheets required that Membrain executes), this will be scoped and provided to Partner at 50% of the list price.

Note: Should changes to the standard processes be made, Membrain must be made aware of this, and new processes must be uploaded to the Partner Zone.

Membrain is not responsible for partners not communicating changes to the process.
