#1 Improved Automation capabilities
Now you can play matchmaker with your prospects and salespeople! Set up round-robin assignments based on individuals, teams, and mix and match to your hearts delight to get that perfect fit.
Round-robin assignments ensures each new lead (in this example) is assigned to a different person until everyone has been assigned the same amount and the starts over.
Plus, you know have the power to have Prospects, Sales Projects and Account Growth Projects move between different processes, stages and steps using automation. This allows for some really creative setups! For example, how about:
- Moving that prospect to a specific step in your nurturing process when they engage your website or marketing content?
- Push a sales project back a stage when something "Bad" happens in a deal?
- Managing subscriptions or contracts using Account Growth? Move a customer to a specific step to initiate a save playbook if they show signs of not wanting to renew.
And don't worry about getting lost! The new zoom function has got your back and makes navigating complex automations a breeze.

#2 Webhooked on a feeling
We've made it easier than ever to integrate Membrain into other tools that your organization is using. With webhooks, you can send pushes with key information to other tools (like your ERP for example!) at any point in your sales process using process events. A new Prospect is created? A Sales Project has moved to the final stage stage or has been won? Something critical happened in that big Account Growth Project? All of these things and more can now more easily than ever be pushed to other tools to ensure your team is always on top of their game!

#3 Big boost to "Influence & Attitude" in Membrain
Use influence & attitude in completely new and mind-blowing ways! Few things are as important in sales as understanding the influence and attitude of the decision team on the buyer's side. These steps are now available in both sales projects and account growth projects, allowing you to hide any unnecessary steps that you didn't have to take to reach that milestone. And when you do reach a milestone, take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate your achievement. Milestones are an excellent way to make your process really shine!

Grab a freshly cup of coffee and click play; watch as the changes to your pipeline the last 90 days unfold on your screen in an animated replay.
This is a little sneak preview of a whole new way to see how your sales pipeline has developed over time. Click the three dots top-right of the Active Pipeline and click "Pipeline History" to see your pipeline the last 90 days come to life; highlighting new, won and archived deals as well as key events such as red flags, value and closing date changes.
A great way to get a whole new feeling for what's happening in your pipeline!
