The pace of change in the sales industry has never been faster, and it’s unlikely to slow down any time soon. In order to survive and thrive, sales consultants and trainers must look forward and be strategic in positioning themselves as holistic partners who can deliver true sales effectiveness gains to clients.
For this paper, we identified and interviewed the industry’s top sales consultants and trainers. These individuals have mastered the art and science of thriving in today’s fastchanging environment. They shared with us how they harness the power of technology to remain responsive, provide better service to their clients, improve their ability to differentiate, and in turn to substantially increase profitability and sustainability.
We interviewed each of these individuals and asked them to share their insights into the biggest challenges faced by the industry, and their strategies for rising above them. In this paper, we present the findings of these interviews, along with detailed success stories that demonstrate the strategies prescribed by industry experts.
