What we’ll cover

Membrain's professional services include three stages: Planning, Implementation, and Review.

Data from a multiple sources

Example: CRM, ERP, Excel Files, etc

Companies/Accounts

Contacts

Prospects/Leads AND Opportunities imported into 2-3 processes

Basic custom fields PLUS Advanced custom fields including, single and multi-select fields, calculation fields, single and multi-relationship fields, etc

Support

Two or Three 1-hour planning sessions with Membrain's Data Specialist

Follow-up with Membrain Customer Success Advocate after import

Parameters

Maximum of 5 spreadsheets (eg. 1 for Companies, 1 for Contacts, 1 for Prospects and, 2 for Opportunities)

Mapping using corresponding unique identifiers must match between source and target spreadsheets

Size: 10,000 - 50,000 cells per spreadsheet (Example: 10 columns and 5,000 rows)

Data merging, filtering/cleaning is not included. The customer is responsible for preparing the data using Membrain templates and adhering to recommendations given by Membrain's Data Specialist
