Sales Effectiveness Consultant

As our team continues to grow, Membrain is looking for a Sales Effectiveness Consultant based in Stockholm, Sweden. As part of the Sales team, you will engage with growth-focused companies that seek to improve their B2B sales effectiveness. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact, stakeholder alignment, and agreement signing, to passing the baton to our Customer Success team.

You will also work closely with partners, exceptional sales trainers, sales coaches and sales consultants, to identify and help joint customers increase sales effectiveness. With their introductions comes great responsibility, not only by impressing potential customers with your needs analysis and sales presentations but by showing them that traditional CRM no longer holds the measure. 

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully understand how companies are looking to improve, and show them how and if Membrain is in a position to help

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with relevant partners in Europe

  • Strategize with the Sales team and our partners to reach our goals 

  • Discover and embody our sales methodology; and strive to continuously improve it

  • Prospect cold and warm leads. Both through outbound efforts such as cold calling; and also through inbound leads, such as website visitors, demo requests, and our partner's introductions

About You

 

You are:

  • Passionate about our mission to elevate the sales profession

  • Tech-savvy and very interested in technology and software

  • Comfortable navigating complexity

  • Always looking for personal growth and sharing our values

  • Highly professional with a strong work ethic

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal & written)

  • Already located at a commuting distance from Stockholm, Sweden

You have:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience

  • Experience selling SaaS

  • Experience having dialogues with CEOs and sales leaders 

  • An eagerness to always learn and become better than yesterday

  • Worked with CRMs and know why some suck

What it will look like

 

During the first 30 days, you will:

  • Learn the foundation of why Membrain exists and how we serve our customers

  • Have a good grasp of how Membrain works as a product

  • Become familiar with the tools and platforms we use

  • Know the Membrain core values and culture, and integrate these into your everyday interactions with your teammates

  • Learn the product, market, competition and customer challenges 

  • Work with your leader to set your sales targets and action plan

  • Learn how to demonstrate how Membrain will help customers

  • Learn our VIBE framework and position the value of Membrain in market

  • Start working leads to build your pipeline

After 90 days, you will:

  • Have had contact with all team members

  • Have a network of partners identified you will work with to increase sales

  • Consistently grow your pipeline by effective prospecting and partner meetings 

  • Show Membrain to CEOs, directors, and sales managers

  • Have built a healthy pipeline of sales projects

After a year, you will:

  • Know Membrain inside and out, tied to business benefits

  • Consistently meet your quota & earn impressive commissions 

  • Become a role model for new hires and help the team grow

  • Continually learn about all things needed to stay on top of your game

Uncapped commissions 
You earn commissions on the duration of the contracts you sign with customers (one to three years). As the customer grows during this period, so will your commission.
