    Here’s Why My Favorite SaaSiest Company Uses Membrain

    If you’re in European SaaS and you haven’t been to a SaaSiest event or joined one of their groups, you’re missing out. This fast-growing community-based initiative is on a mission to facilitate dialogue and elevate the SaaS community.

    So when we found out they were looking to implement a new CRM, we knew our mission to elevate the sales community made us the perfect fit. After reviewing our product and working with our team, they agreed.

    What is SaaSiest?

    SaaSiest is Europe’s leading B2B SaaS community. It was started as a hobby project by  Thomas Sjöberg and Daniel Nackovski and quickly grew into a sensation within the SaaS world, a place where “SaaS professionals come together to learn from each other.”

    SaaSiest runs more than a hundred formal events every year and several well-designed and facilitated groups for SaaS professionals. I’m in one of their CEO groups, where I meet CEOs from other SaaS companies. We share our challenges and initiatives, receive input, and learn from each other. We’re matched with CEOs of similar-sized SaaS companies, so we share similar challenges. It’s a really solid community that they’ve built in a very short amount of time, and I’m honored that they chose Membrain for their CRM.

    Thomas and Daniel come from sales backgrounds and have worked with every CRM platform out there. In their selection process, they considered the big names, Salesforce and Hubspot, and found Membrain to be the right tool for their company.

    What They Love About Membrain

    The most important thing Daniel and Thomas needed their CRM to do was manage people. They wanted to be able to send the right messages to the right people at the right time, track interactions, and effectively manage the thousands of relationships in their community.

      Thomas: “In many systems, it’s so annoying. You want to do a little thing, and then you click, click, and you need to click again. In Membrain, the user interface allows you to do a lot of things with just one click. And since you’re using it all the time, it makes all the difference.”
    2. Support
      Daniel: “We’re a small shop, and it was important for us to get the support we needed to grow quickly. It’s important in a new relationship that you feel seen and recognized. Whenever we reached out and asked a question, we got an answer.”
    3. Motivation
      Daniel: “Instead of feeling like ‘Oh my God, don’t force me to do this admin work,’ Membrain motivates me to log my data. They’ve almost gamified the act of logging data by making the reward worth it. Now I can see which deals I need to focus on, and I get friendly reminders about following up on cold accounts.”

    I love this comment about gamifying data entry. We work hard to create and maintain a platform that works with the way your brain works, to reward you and your team for doing the right things, and thinking of it as a game makes it even more fun.
