Prospecting Campaigns is a key module within Membrain that you can now find on Membrain Go. It allows you to stay committed to your prospecting efforts while you are in the field.
Some of the benefits of Prospecting within Membrain Go include-
Access to process- Now that you have access to your process while you are in the field you’ll find it easier to stick to the winning behaviors that you have worked so hard to incorporate into your prospecting process. Your steps will be right there for you, top of mind, so that you can execute on them consistently.
Increasing Productivity- With Membrain Go, you won't have to worry about getting back to the office and taking your notes from your prospecting efforts to put them into Membrain. You will decrease your duplicative work and simultaneously raise your level of productivity.

Reordering Products - Using this feature you can rearrange the products database in the order that makes sense for you (instead of just the order in which you added them)
Favorite Views - One of the key features in Membrain is the ability to create your own view that organizes your list or view in the way you would like to see the information laid out. Now, you can set up your “Favorites” among these views.
Enrichment Interface Improvement - Whenever you add a new company or contact to Membrain you can Enrich the information surrounding the contact or company. You can add social media or other relevant info to the field with one click of the enrichment button. Previously once you opted to enrich you could not cancel and now you can! You can decide you not longer want to enrich a contact or that the contact or company information offered is not correct.
Upload and delete documents in Membrain GO - Documents can be uploaded and deleted from Membrain Go.

Account Growth is Membrain’s newest module and all the functionality that you have been waiting for. It boasts several new key features that will get your account managers in a unique position to plan the success across all their accounts.
Lets take a look at some of the highlights:
The Account Grid- Simply put, this is all your accounts and their purchasing potential at a glance. This can be a range, from those who have purchased previously, but are not on track to grow more in the near future, or accounts that have purchased and have planned growth.
Account Dashboards- You might be familiar with Dashboards in Membrain. Dashboards allow you to create really dynamic cool graphs with key information. You can now add specific Dashboards to an Account Growth page. The Dashboard can show custom information based on scorecards, and products or services the customer might be using.
Customize Account Tracking- Each accounts selling environment can be different and unique to the client. You decide the data related to growth for each account that will map how you sell. Whether you are using a checklist, graph or org chart to determine a plan you can view everything you feel adds value on the account page.
Collaboration- Because of the robust amount of information that can be included on each account it is easy to collaborate with other departments and view how everyone is working toward growth together. For example, by observing the grid you might glean information on how customer success or marketing are adding value and contributing to growth by delivering on important items for the account.
Overall, we are really excited about this opportunity to help our customers collaborate within their organizations to grow their accounts. Now you can see our beautiful and smart dashboards in Membrain GO (our Mobile app)
You’ll be able to view your performance data with a new convenience and ease. Whether you are working virtually from home on your couch, without your computer, or on the move from one location to another, you will love this.
You’ll discover a new appreciation for these functional and fun graphs, now that they are mobile. While you cannot create new graphs on the Membrain Go version of Dashboards, you’ll still be able to appreciate the robust visual report that a dashboard provides and the way the visuals inform on your performance metrics.

Membrain is currently experiencing performance issues, with some customers unable to connect for periods of time this morning.
Monday, April 27th - 3.30pm - Update
Information from our Internet Service Provider confirms they experienced a power related service outage between 10.40 and 11.28, resulting in a loss of access to Membrain for our customers.
No data was lost during this downtime, and all customers have been contacted to ensure continued access.
Monday, April 27th - 11.45am - Update
All customers are now confirmed up and running, with all services returning to normal. Work continues to investigate and understand what caused this issue.
We will keep you posted.
Monday, April 27th - 11.30am - Update
Services are being restored as we speak, with most customers affected now able to access Membrain again.
We do still have some customers still experiencing log in issues, and are doing all we can to ensure services are restored asap.
More updates to come as we have them.

We are currently working with our ISP to find the root cause of the problem,
and are doing all we can to resume normal access to Membrain as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this problem, we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.

If you have the “Products” feature turned on in your Sales Process you can now make updates while on the go.
One of the many benefits of products is that you can track any service or product that you happen to be selling within a Sales Project. You can also view the revenue from these different categories over time, add details, price and quantity all while on the move!
Now that these updates can be made on Membrain GO you won’t have to wait until you return to the office or worry about potentially losing an order while you are out meeting with your clients. This is so important because it cuts down on duplicative work and ensures your order updates are made in real time.

You might be familiar with Membrain’s ability to create Custom Fields. This feature allows you to create fields based on select information you would like to capture.
Now we have enriched Custom Fields by adding the option to assign permissions within a custom field.Much like the options when creating and saving a view in Membrain, you can now select who you would like to access these custom fields. You can choose whether you would like everyone to access the custom field, just a specific team, or you could choose to only include your API users (from tools that are integrated with Membrain).
