Setting up and Working with the Timeline

The Account Growth Timeline requires minimal setup and provides a great visualization of all of your projects that are related to your Account Growth Process.

Benefits

  • Easy setup - Add the component, set up the default visualization and you are good to go
  • Overview of historic, current, and upcoming projects
  • Option to view Prospect, Sales Projects, and Account Growth project or a combination of all three
  • Ability to include Open, Closed, and Archived project or a combination of all three
  • The timeline is included with the Account Growth module and is not an add-on

Setting up the Timeline

The Timeline is easy to set up and can be added by selecting as a component in your Account Growth Process editor. 

  1. Go to the Process Editor
  2. Click on ADD COMPONENT and select Timeline

Name and Configure the Timeline

Give the Timeline a name that is suitable to your organization.

  1. Hover on the Timeline and click on the cogwheel in the top right corner
  2. Select the name you want for the Timeline

  3. To configure the default visualization, select which items to be included in the Timeline.

  4. Select the type of projects you want to be included in the Timeline. Click SAVE
  5. PUBLISH the process

How It Looks

Once configured, the Timeline displays all of the relevant projects. 

 

However, the Timeline settings can be changed by going to the Configure cog and changing the selections of the items you want to see. 

Search the Timeline for a specific project

You can Zoom in and out for a better view of the different items in the Timeline

Click on the home icon to go back to the original view

 

If you want to tailor what type of related items you want your Account Growth Timeline to reflect, other than the related Company of the Account Growth Project, you can change this in the Process Settings.
