    From the beginning of my career, I’ve worked to understand and improve sales effectiveness. I’ve studied what makes sales teams fail and what makes them succeed. I’ve looked at sales strategy, sales management, sales process, sales methodologies and sales techniques, and studied their impact and best practices.

    Some ideas on how to use the app:

    All of Membrain’s power to reinforce and optimize process is built directly into the Membrain GO app. The Sales Projects screen provides a birds-eye view of what stage each project is in, and allows a deeper dive to discover which elements of the process have been executed for each one, and what the next steps are to move the opportunity forward.

    Quickly record notes and set activities

    With a few taps of the screen, salespeople can quickly record post-meeting notes, set activity alerts for follow-ups, and enter new information to qualify, disqualify, or move the prospect forward in the process. This information instantly syncs with the main Membrain installation so that all data is immediately available, regardless of device, to both the salesperson and any managers and teammates who need to see it.

    View calendars and send emails

    A beautiful, intuitive calendar interface gives salespeople a simple way to view upcoming events, appointments, and tasks. They can also send and receive emails from within the app, with full access to templates and enablement content to support their communications.

    Request coaching and advice

    The app’s built-in collaboration tools allow salespeople to easily request coaching from a manager, or advice from colleagues, and receive a response within minutes. Instead of waiting until the end of the day or for a weekly coaching session, the salesperson receives near-instant feedback. This immediate feedback improves both the salesperson’s current performance, and the speed at which they grow their skills.

    Receive instant notifications and alerts

    Notifications and alerts remind salespeople of upcoming tasks and activities, as well as letting them know when problems arise, so they can address them immediately. Salespeople can also receive alerts when prospects engage with emails and content they’ve sent, providing insight into the prospect’s process, and enabling more effective follow-up.

    View and respond to tasks

    Managers can assign tasks to salespeople in Membrain, and the salesperson will automatically receive it in Membrain GO. From the app, the salesperson can respond, ask questions or request help, and mark the task as complete.

    Access personal statistics and metrics

    All of Membrain’s powerful statistical capabilities have been packed into Membrain GO’s compact format to give individual salespeople immediate access to snapshots of their pipeline health, activity metrics, and key metrics. This encourages them to make adjustments on a daily basis to grow closer to their goals.

    Deep dive with prospects
