Company Creation & Preview Settiings

When creating a New Company in Membrain, the default information asked for are the Name of the Company, and their Website address. However, you can adjust what you wish to input when creating new companies to better cater to your requirements.

Company Creation Settings

1. Go to System Setup, Scroll down to the CRM tab, and click on Company Creation & Preview Settings.

   

2. In the Creation Fields tab, click on +ADD FIELDS to incorporate more fields to your Company creation dialog.

   

3. If necessary, you can mandate any of these fields to be filled out every time someone manually creates a new Company in Membrain.

   
   
   Fields that are set to be mandatory are marked with (*) and the Company cannot be created without these being filled out, so use this feature judiciously.

Company Preview Settings

1. In the Preview Fields tab, you may choose as well up to 10 Company Standard and/or Custom Fields to be displayed in the preview hover of a Company.
   
2. The order of the selected fields in the Preview Fields can be rearranged by dragging the symbol to the left of the field up or down.
3. You also have the option to remove selected fields in the Company preview hover by pressing the "x" button at the right hand side of the field.
   
4. When you hover over a Company from any place in Membrain, the chosen preview fields will be displayed the way you have set it up.
