Revenue Splits and Goal Tracking

Applied Revenue Splits directly affect how progress is tracked against goals. Rather than assigning the full project value to a single individual, Membrain adjusts goal resolution based on each user's assigned percentage.

For example, if a user is assigned 50% of a project worth $10,000, only $5,000 will be credited toward their personal and team goals. This adjustment ensures that goals, forecasts, and attainment metrics accurately reflect contributions.

Revenue Splits in Analytics and Elevate

The Revenue Split feature is fully integrated with Membrain's analytics and dashboard capabilities. When used, the following components reflect adjusted values based on each user's assigned percentage:

  • Dashboards: Performance graphs, Sales Projects graphs, and quota attainment metrics incorporate Revenue Splits.
  • Performance Views and User Lists: Value fields and forecasts are updated to reflect assigned shares.
  • My Goals: Both desktop and mobile views reflect Revenue Split across open, weighted and won value goals.
  • Weekly Reports: When enabled, weekly summaries reflect Revenue Split values.
  • Active Pipeline Analytics: sales and weighted pipeline per stage over time graphs adjust calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Elevate: Includes Revenue Split values in won value goals, pipeline values, and weighted pipeline metrics.

By using Revenue Splits, your team benefits from more transparent reporting, better-aligned performance metrics, and fairer commission structures—all of which support a more collaborative and accountable sales culture.
