Membrain Billing - Explained

The aim of this article is to explain how your company is charged for your Membrain account. More details can be found on our pricing page at www.membrain.com/pricing along with a cost calculator tool to help you customize your account.

How costs are calculated

Membrain's pricing is structured around a Product and Add-On approach, allowing you to be flexible when building your account and selecting the features you require for your organization. Here's how it works:

Pricing is calculated on a per-account basis, the price of which is determined by the Products and Add-Ons you elect. First, choose the Products and Add-Ons you want for your account. Then select how many Full Account & Lite users you'll need.

Users

Membrain offers two types of User accounts: Full Users Accounts and Lite User Accounts. Full User Accounts are for users that will take an active ownership within one of the distinct products.

Lite Users Accounts can be active within the CRM and also collaborate with the Full Account users in each of the products, via assigned steps, tasks, meetings, and more.

  The price per Full User is calculated by the combination of Products and Add-Ons you choose.
• Lite User
  For Lite users we have a fixed price at $19 per User/Month.

Products

Membrain offers three distinct products that can be combined in any way you see fit. Each product is optimized to support a specific workflow. Underpinning our powerful products, we include our complete CRM platform at no extra cost.

Prospecting - ($49 per User/Month)

Implementation and Onboarding cost for new customers

$5,000 one-time fee, per team.

Billing options available

Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card. This is decided when stepping on board and is part of your agreement.

Frequency

Monthly - Payments are made 1 month in advance. If you choose to pay on a monthly basis, a 20% increase is added to the total cost each month. This is charged either to your credit card on the 1st working day of the month, or invoiced in advance with a 30-day payment period.

Annually - if you choose to pay annually, your first payment will be calculated based on the expected usage during that year. This is often taken from the agreement details.

Payment Method

Creditcard - Only for amounts less than 10k. Details are added to your membrain account and charged automatically at the beginning of the month.

Invoice - We accept Wire transfer only, via your bank. Membrain does not accept cheques.

Keep in Mind:

• You can have as many users as you like, added users are chargeable (except for Partner accounts). Read more on how to add and remove users in this article User Management.
• It is the Membrain Administrator's responsibility to add users or remove users in your Membrain account to stay in control of your costs.
• Deleting users below the minimum usage (stated in your agreement) does not change your minimum monthly cost.
• Costs are calculated on a daily basis and drawn down monthly, from a prepaid amount.
• Usage can be seen in both the Manage users list view and in the Account Details page in Membrain. There is a Log available to you on the User Management page in Membrain, from the top-right icon:
