Membrain's pricing is structured around a Product and Add-On approach, allowing you to be flexible when building your account and selecting the features you require for your organization. Here's how it works:
Pricing is calculated on a per-account basis, the price of which is determined by the Products and Add-Ons you elect. First, choose the Products and Add-Ons you want for your account. Then select how many Full Account & Lite users you'll need.
Membrain offers two types of User accounts: Full Users Accounts and Lite User Accounts. Full User Accounts are for users that will take an active ownership within one of the distinct products.
Lite Users Accounts can be active within the CRM and also collaborate with the Full Account users in each of the products, via assigned steps, tasks, meetings, and more.
Membrain offers three distinct products that can be combined in any way you see fit. Each product is optimized to support a specific workflow. Underpinning our powerful products, we include our complete CRM platform at no extra cost.

$5,000 one-time fee, per team.
Payments can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card. This is decided when stepping on board and is part of your agreement.
Monthly - Payments are made 1 month in advance. If you choose to pay on a monthly basis, a 20% increase is added to the total cost each month. This is charged either to your credit card on the 1st working day of the month, or invoiced in advance with a 30-day payment period.
Annually - if you choose to pay annually, your first payment will be calculated based on the expected usage during that year. This is often taken from the agreement details.
Creditcard - Only for amounts less than 10k. Details are added to your membrain account and charged automatically at the beginning of the month.
Invoice - We accept Wire transfer only, via your bank. Membrain does not accept cheques.
