Custom Skill Assessments in Membrain Elevate provide a tailored approach to evaluating and developing specific skills within your organization. This feature enables the creation and management of assessments tailored to different user roles, ensuring that each assessment is relevant to the individual's role and developmental needs.
Custom Assessments can be configured for any user role, such as Coaches or Coachees, with specific skills included in each assessment. This functionality is accessible from the Elevate Settings page, where you can manage both Custom and Role Assessments.
Access Elevate Settings: From the vertical menu to your left, click on the Elevate 
icon. In the top right corner of the page, click on the gear icon known as the Elevate settings. This area allows you to configure various aspects of the module.
Navigate to Custom Assessments: On the Elevate Settings page, you will see two sections: Role Assessments at the top and Custom Assessments below. Roles Assessments are automatically based on the Skills selected in a User Role, while Custom Assessments are assessments that can be used for any user role.
Create a New Custom Assessment: Click on the “New Skills Assessment” button to create a new custom assessment. Provide the necessary details, such as the assessment name, who it is for (Coach or Coachee), the user role it is designed for and the skills to be included.
Review and Manage Assessments: Once created, assessments can be reviewed and managed. Clicking on the Last Assessment or Last 30 Days areas will open a detailed view of the assessments taken. This drill-down provides insights into the results and performance metrics.
Edit, Copy, Preview, Archive, or Delete Assessments: Each assessment has a three-dot menu to the far right. This menu provides various options to manage the assessment, including editing the details, copying it to create a similar assessment, previewing how it looks, archiving it if it is no longer needed, or deleting it.
Setting up Custom Skill Assessments in Membrain Elevate allows for a tailored and structured approach to skill evaluation and development. By customizing assessments for specific user roles and managing them effectively, organizations can ensure that their coaching and development efforts are aligned with the strategic goals and individual needs of their team members.
