Various browser add-ons/extensions may interact with and block the setting of cookies, which will make it impossible to log in to Membrain from within SalesForce. If login fails after adjusting your settings as described for your browser, please test disabling any Add-Ons / Extensions you may have to see if that resolves the issue.
Some Firewall and Anti-Virus software may also interact with and block the setting of cookies. If you have a custom Firewall or AV software installed on your machine, please verify in the settings that cookies are allowed for *.membrain.com.
