Elevate Analytics

Elevate Analytics offers a powerful way to gain insights into sales performance through a visualized approach, making it easier to identify key areas of improvement. It provides you with real-time visibility into important metrics, allowing you to make proactive adjustments to your strategy. Using a spider graph and enhanced filters, Elevate Analytics enables users to quickly assess skills and performance metrics across selected individuals.




Customized View

To ensure you get the most relevant data, Elevate Analytics includes two settings you can adjust:  

By Users

This option allows you to filter the data by specific individuals or teams. You can select everyone, specific teams, or a combination of individuals to tailor the view to your needs. This provides flexibility, allowing you to see exactly the data that matters most.  

By Period

This option allows you to filter data by time periods, providing insights into performance trends over time. You can select specific dates or pre-defined periods, allowing you to analyze past performance or monitor ongoing progress.

Where can I find Elevate Analytics?

Elevate Analytics can be accessed from the Main Membrain Menu under Sales Analytics. Simply click on the Sales Analysis icon and select Elevate Analytics. From here, you’ll be able to explore a wide range of visual data, including the spider graph, which presents average metrics across selected individuals.

Who has access?

Elevate Analytics offers critical insights that may be valuable to various members of your team. As an Administrator, you have control over who can access these analytics. You can assign access to all users or specific teams.

To grant access, go to System Setup, under Users, click Manage, then click on Permissions and under the analytics tab toggle on elevate analytics to configure access settings.
