Ask the coach

The "Ask the Coach" feature in Membrain Elevate provides users with a streamlined way to seek guidance and support from their coach directly within the platform. This functionality integrates smoothly with other Membrain products, such as Prospecting, Active Pipeline, Sales Projects, and Account Growth, ensuring a consistent and unified experience across all tools.

Using the "Ask the Coach" Feature

To access the "Ask the Coach" feature, navigate to your pipeline within Membrain Elevate. Right-click on any sales project to open the context menu, then select "Ask the Coach." A prompt will appear where you can enter your query. This might involve asking for advice on a deal, a key account, or a specific aspect of your project.

You can request help at various levels:

  • For high-level advice on a deal or key account.
  • For specific elements like deal value, closing date, or process steps. Simply right-click on the relevant item and ask your question.

For instance, you might seek guidance on whether a particular value is appropriate for a deal or how to increase the urgency of a closing step. Additionally, if you encounter a challenging step in the process, you can ask for detailed coaching on that specific step.

Communication & Collaboration

When you ask for help, your coach will receive a notification in Membrain Guide. Their responses will be visible in both Membrain Guide and the project's activity stream, enabling easy communication and collaboration. You can open coaching notes directly from the activity stream and interact with them within Membrain Elevate. This feature enhances the coaching experience by allowing continuous feedback and support, helping you maximize the benefits of using Membrain Elevate.
